Lorrane Mendes Moisés

Technical Communication Analyst

Agronomist graduated from the Federal University of Viçosa, Lorrane is a Lead Auditor in ISO 14001 - Environmental Management and ISO 9001 - Quality Management through Bureau Veritas, accredited by IRCA (International Register of Certificated Auditors). She has additional training in SA 8000 – Social Responsibility, ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 19011, and HACCP.

As a Lead Auditor in Socio-environmental Protocols, she has extensive experience in compliance assessments of agricultural properties and supply chains, promoting sustainable and socially responsible agricultural practices. With more than 90 completed audits, her work covers first- and third-party audits, following recognized standards and ensuring the implementation of best practices in critical areas such as biodiversity conservation, ecosystem protection, efficient natural resource management, labor rights compliance, and improving the socio-economic conditions of local communities.

From the beginning of her career, she has been guided by a strong interest in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) themes, seeking projects that promote socio-environmental development in an efficient, innovative, and sustainable way. This led her to leadership positions in social impact organizations, such as Engineers Without Borders and Enactus, an International Social Entrepreneurship Organization.

Throughout her journey, she specialized in Integrated Pest and Disease Management (IPDM) and Biological Control, conducting studies and internships focused on reducing agrochemical use and finding more sustainable and efficient solutions.
